Privacy,
without the fog.

PKSOL is a wallet-based battle platform. This policy explains what PKSOL collects, why it is needed, what becomes public on Solana, and the choices available to you.

EFFECTIVE: JULY 14, 2026VERSION: 2026-07-14

Pre-launch notice. This policy accurately describes the current product architecture. The operator’s legal entity, privacy contact, jurisdiction-specific supplements, and final retention schedule must be added before public Mainnet launch.

01

Who this covers

This policy applies when you use the PKSOL website, wallet login, battle engine, Game Pass, chat, replays, rankings, and optional staked-match features (together, the “Service”). PKSOL is the controller of information handled by its own servers. Wallet providers, Solana validators, RPC providers, and public blockchains process information under their own terms.

02

Information we collect

Wallet and account information

  • Your public Solana wallet address, chosen player handle, account creation time, and wallet-signature login results.
  • Short-lived session cookies and single-use login nonces. PKSOL does not ask for or store your wallet seed phrase or private key.
  • Your selected network and wallet-provider preference, which may be stored locally in your browser.

Gameplay and community information

  • Teams, battle commands, results, forfeits, timers, ratings, rankings, replays, rooms, chat messages, moderation records, and reports.
  • Game Pass credits and the history needed to prevent duplicate grants or spending.

Crypto transaction information

  • Purchase and match identifiers, network, public wallet addresses, lamport amounts, transaction signatures, escrow state, refunds, settlement references, and confirmation status.
  • A signed Game Pass transaction may be stored while it is pending so PKSOL can safely retry and reconcile it. Private keys are never included.

Eligibility and safety information

  • The time you confirmed that you are 18 or older, your physical-jurisdiction eligibility result, acceptance of the current terms, self-exclusion period, and voluntary stake limits.
  • PKSOL does not request or store your birth date, government ID, selfie, Social Security number, or other identity-verification document.

Technical and support information

  • IP address, request time, browser and device information, security events, service logs, crash details, and rate-limit activity.
  • Messages and records you provide when requesting support, reporting abuse, disputing a result, or exercising a privacy right.
03

How we use information

  • Provide wallet login, matches, rankings, chat, Game Pass access, escrow, settlement, refunds, and transaction history.
  • Confirm age and physical-location eligibility for staked play and enforce jurisdiction blocks, self-exclusion, and stake limits.
  • Detect cheating, account abuse, duplicate payments, fraud, security incidents, and attempts to evade restrictions.
  • Operate, debug, measure, back up, and improve the Service.
  • Respond to support requests, disputes, lawful process, sanctions obligations, and other legal requirements.

Depending on where you live, these uses rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with law, or consent where required.

04

What is public on Solana

Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transfer amounts, program interactions, transaction signatures, and Game Pass purchase memos may be permanently visible to anyone. Blockchain data can be copied by independent parties and generally cannot be changed or deleted by PKSOL. Do not use a wallet address if you are uncomfortable with that public record.

05

When information is shared

PKSOL does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with:

  • Infrastructure providers that host the Service, deliver monitoring, store encrypted backups, or provide Solana RPC access.
  • Location and security providers that return physical-jurisdiction, sanctions, fraud, or eligibility results.
  • Other players and the public for handles, rankings, public rooms, replays, match results, and blockchain records.
  • Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to obtain advice, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or comply with lawful requests.
  • A successor operator as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.
06

Retention

PKSOL keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, dispute handling, accounting, backup integrity, and legal obligations. Session cookies expire after approximately 30 minutes. Pending signed transactions are retained until they confirm, fail, or expire, then remain as an audit record. Blockchain information follows the network’s permanent public record.

Before public launch, PKSOL will publish concrete retention periods for security logs, chat, replays, support records, account records, eligibility results, and transaction records. Encrypted backups may retain deleted information until the applicable backup cycle expires.

07

Your choices and rights

  • Play casually without connecting a wallet where that mode is offered.
  • Decline a wallet signature or transaction before approving it.
  • Use self-exclusion and stake-limit controls. Self-exclusion cannot be shortened during the selected period.
  • Request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal where applicable law provides that right.
  • Object to or opt out of certain processing, including any future sale, targeted advertising, or profiling covered by law. PKSOL currently does none of those activities.

Some records cannot be deleted where they are public on Solana or must be preserved for security, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. PKSOL will explain any limitation in its response.

08

Children and staked play

Staked play and other real-value features are for adults who are at least 18 and meet the age of majority where they are located. PKSOL does not knowingly permit minors to use those features. If you believe a minor has used a real-value feature, contact the operator through in-app support.

09

Security

PKSOL uses access controls, encrypted secrets, authenticated encryption for sensitive stored keys, secure session settings in production, rate limits, transaction verification, reconciliation, monitoring, and encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your wallet, review every transaction in your wallet, and never share your seed phrase or private key with PKSOL or anyone claiming to represent it.

10

International use and changes

Service providers may process information outside your state or country. PKSOL will use legally required transfer safeguards where applicable. Material policy changes will receive a new version and effective date, and PKSOL will request renewed acceptance when the change materially affects real-value play.

11

Contact

Until a dedicated privacy address is published, submit privacy and data requests through PKSOL’s in-app support channel. The operator’s legal name, mailing address, privacy email, and any required regulator or data-protection-authority contact will be added before public Mainnet launch.
